Pascal is the elderly sailor who is the first person you meet in the game. He is the one taking you to Waffle Island to start your exciting farming career, and asks you questions about yourself along the way, such as your birthday and your favorite food.
After arriving on the island, the waters are too violent to sail his ship, and he can be found at On The Hook. Once the first rainbow is completed, however, the waters are safe once again, and Pascal will offer to take you out to Toucan island.
